Returns
At Reepeat, we offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Exceptions:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts (not due to our error).
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.

Approved refunds: Processed within 10 working days, credited to your original payment method.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.

Gifts
- If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves, the refund will go back to them.

Shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
