Refund policy

Returns

At Reepeat, we offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  2. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

Exceptions:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.

  • Approved refunds: Processed within 10 working days, credited to your original payment method.
  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. If issues persist, email us at krishnan.reena@gmail.com.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves, the refund will go back to them.

Shipping for Returns

To return an item, mail it to:

  • Shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
